The players gets 12 tokens and place their hats according to the rules into the slots on the game board. Then the game board is rotated two steps. The red player begins and points at a white hat on the game board and shouts: "Sparrow under the hat!" If this ist true, the owner of the hat has to pay 1 token into the cash box. If not, the active player has to pay 1 token to the hat owner. After this the game board is rotated one step and the white player gets his turn to accuse the black-white player to have sparrows under his hat. If a player has lost all his tokens he is out of the game. The last player with any tokens left wins the game and the contents of the cash box. —user summary
