Sovereign Player's Guide

From the introduction: The Sovereign Player's Guide provides rules for creating a character and establishes the players' view of the setting. Because all characters are devoted to a single political power center, establishing the setting and the players' role in it is atypically important. Note the Sovereign Gamemaster's Guide presents a slightly different view of the setting.
