Sovereign Death

User Summary: A supplement for use when a character is reduced to 0 hit points, allowing them to beseech Death and potentially delay their death by asking for mercy. A roll is made, then compared to the table to determine whether the character lives or dies, and what price they'll pay for temporarily escaping Death.
