"Sonic Free Riders (ソニック フリーライダーズ, Sonikku Furī Raidāzu) is a new racing video game in development for Xbox 360 by SEGA and is the third in the Sonic Riders series, following Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity. The game will utilize Microsoft's Kinect peripheral and feature online multiplayer for up to 12 players. It will be a Kinect launching game, it will be released on November 10th in the UK and November 4th in the US. SEGA have created the box art. Following the basic formula of Sonic Riders, players use their bodies to steer their hoverboard and jump to perform stunts. Players can use their arms to grab and use weapons, with different skills and weapons available depending on the player's riding stance.
