From the introduction: Slayer of Dragon is not about martial science. If there are rules for something, it is only because that something is cool. Cool enough to spend time talking about it. Everything else is fluff. User summary: Characters in Slayer of Dragon have Attributes (Power, Quickness, and Chi) that have ratings measured from 1-5, with 2 being Typical. Ratings are purchased from a point pool. Characters also have four basic techniques (Punch, Kick, Wrestle, and Block). Each technique has a rating, also purchased from a point pool. Characters have a few other atypical scores, including Void Points (spent to alter narrative events), Star Power (the character's narrative significance), and others.
