In Skinchangers, you play an animal shapeshifter - Racoon, Crow, Owl, Bobcat, or Fox - created by the spirit of that animal type to root out the forces of desecration and fight the abominations that arise from it. The setting may remind players of Neverwhere, Werewolf: The Apocalypse, and a number of other urban fantasy settings (which were all absolutely in mind when creating it). The system for Skinchangers is a variant of Schema. It uses a small fistful of either Fate dice or standard six-siders; some components of it may remind readers of the Redbox Hack, Apocalypse World, or Fate Core edition (because that's where those components came from, and proudly so); other pieces are relatively unique to the game.
