From the introduction: Silent Sacrifices is a Mini Quest of blind violence, grotesque worship, and moral dilemmas which can be played in a single sitting or used as the foundation of an entire adventure! It is designed for use with the 5th edition of the world’s greatest roleplaying game and its core rulebooks, but with some modest alterations it can be used with other versions of the same system or with other game systems entirely. The combat encounters have been designed for a party of three to five level 1 characters, but encounter difficulties can easily be raised or lowered to meet your party’s needs.
