SIGNAL//Seed

From the introduction: SIGNAL//Seed is a system reference document for designers who wish to make a SIGNAL game based on SIGNAL//r021 by Vex Chat-Blanc. It exists to enable you to tell the stories you want by taking the core mechanics and extending them with mechanics that fit your setting. This document should make that process easy for anyone.
