The wedding festivities of Satrap Alphaeus Jona and Talia val’Borda have come to an end. The celebration now turns to retribution. The city of Metra is turned upside down to find an unlikely co-conspirator in the unsuccessful assassination attempt on young Talia. What is uncovered is far worse than initially anticipated.
