Shared Fantasy

Shared Fantasy is an academic sociological study of the culture of roleplaying gamers. What draws certain people to RPGs? How do they interact with each other? Power gamers, munchkins, rules lawyers - does every group experience these at some point in time? What is the role of the game master in this culture? Mr. Fine joined a number of roleplaying groups and examines the society from the inside.
