Welcome to The world of modern software design! One to four players take on the role of competing Chief Scrum Masters in a race to help their SCRUM teams be the first to build and deploy their hottest new app idea. SCRUM teams Red Sparrows, Yellow Cranes, Green Owls, and Blue Crows each receive $500K of funding at game start and are able to use their funds to manipulate cards in hand or another player’s tableau. The player that most effectively manages their card draws, resources, and sprint planning actions will come out on top and lead their SCRUM team to tech geek glory! Scrum: The Card Game is a hand and resource management game with a touch of “take that” which plays in 15-30 minutes. Players compete to get their 6 App Lifecycle cards down on their tableau first while avoiding software bugs and managing their resources effectively. Money can be spent to manipulate your hand during the “Sprint Planning” phase and “Blockers!” cards can be played instantly to ruin another player’s plan. Players will need careful planning, tactics, and a bit of luck to lead your SCRUM teams to App Store fame and fortune!
