SangDragon

From publisher blurb: In the sky glows an enormous red sun, his face swelled, devasted by fire storm. It' s him who is named SangDragon (BloodDragon) and it's him the responsible of the toxic rains who destroyed the archipelagos of Malienda hundreds years ago.... SangDragon is a complete RPG. It contains rules, creatures descriptions, timeline of the archipelagos of Malienda, and a big campaign. But it's more. Published after Casus Belli special issue 10, it picks up the same rules with some enrichment. The magic is now voluminous. And the description of the setting is a little part of the universe to integrate your creations or your favorite reading.
