Before the start of the game, add this promo card to the deck. The card is played like a normal action card. The direction of play is changed, from clockwise to anti-clockwise or vice versa (in case you added more than one copy). The card can only be played if: it is not the turn of the player who is playing this card; and another player just set a waycard or played an action card
