Most of those are simple: drop a gift under the tree, snack on some cookies and milk, and move on. If every drop-off were so straightforward, there’d be no problem at all! But, as in all things, some deliveries are especially challenging…. That’s where Santa’s Emergency List-Fix-It (S.E.L.F.) Teams come in: dedicated bands of elves descend upon difficult cases to wait out those kids determined to see Santa, to navigate through punishing blizzards, and distract those dangerous pets.
