User Summary Centuries ago, Monte Carlo, ruler of Transylvania, was sealed away by ritual sacrifice. The seal has weakened with time, and monsters are becoming commonplace while young girls disappear. Rusty, a whip-wielding young woman, sets out to locate and rescue the missing girls.
