From the introduction: Abandon over a 100 years ago when the political and religious point-of-views changed. The Callists, a religious group that lived in scattered hamlets, to worship without interference was targeted. Once the Church of Sarrath became the official religion of the region, the Callists were forced out of their homes without notice and marched into the wilderness to ‘find their god’.
