Rough Magic

User summary: Rough Magic uses a light-weight system to present a fast-paced, narrative style role-playing games. Dice are occasionally used to determine magical effects and success but the focus of the game is on a shared narrative creation. Character creation in the game is semi-structured but does not use "stats" or numbers, instead preferring narrative elements that can later be incorporated into play. Numerous sample characters are provided. The rules are coupled to the setting, which is an alternate history World War II era Europe infused with magic and the occult.
