Description

Delve into critical and heated discussions about the future of artificial intelligence around the dinner table while having a drink (or five...) Robocalypse is an AI-inspired, critical thinking, drinking game. It encourages ethical debate (heated discussion) and a critical examination of future technologies and societies. It's perfect for a rowdy dinner party, pre-drinks with rogue friends or intellectual discourse with your sober Sallys. Robocalypse is simple, first you read a Judgement card aloud to your Council. This Judgement card contains a question which will be thought provoking, a little weird, and divisive. If you can’t all come to a consensus, pick up an Anarchy card which contains a mini drinking game, and let the beverage consuming commence. At the end of your round, the person in your council with the most f*cked up argument is given the Judgement card. Whoever is rewarded the most Judgement cards at the end of the game wins! Find out who shares your morals and who’s a little f*cked in the head. Maybe you’ll learn a little too... We want to curate an experience for people to feel comfortable talking about AI, regardless of their technical ability or knowledge. We want to help discern the ethical complexities of machine learning to expose the myths and empower our players to critically evaluate and engage in its social implications in the most fun way possible! This game can also be played without the drinking element by removing the Anarchy cards. —description from the designer
