Special weapon tiles introduce additional usage of your weapons when you hunt for certain animals. SPECIAL WEAPON TILES: Someone once told you that there was more than one way to skin a cut.. you're beg ning to understand the meaning of that phrase. Weapons are always as straightforward as a knife or a gun-sometimes they're mor subtle. If nothing else, this island has at least taught you the importance of innovation. During Setup, place the Special Weapon tiles Invention side faceup nearthe Board. During the Action Phase, you may use a Build Action in order to build a Special Weapon. When you successfully resolve the Build Action, flip the tile and place it on the corresponding space on the board. Once Built, the Special Weapon may be used for every Hunt Action with the indi cated animal type. You may have only 1 Special Weapon Built at a time. If you want to Build a different Special Weapon, you must remove the current Special Weap on tile from the board. Then place the newly Built Special Weapon on the corresponding space on the board.
