Road Trip

From the introduction: You've got a gig three counties away. A cursed ring on a string around your neck, or cargo hold filled with stolen goods. There are just a handful of you, old friends and new acquaintances, comrades and childhood sweethearts on the open road, the rolling seas, or the endless void. Time to get going. Road Trip is a role-playing game for three to nine people, about cramming into a vehicle with a few friendly faces and setting off for a distant spot on, or above, the horizon. It’s about all the strange adventures and personal moments that can happen in the close quarters and distant lands. Designed to be pulled off the shelf, slapped on a table, and immediately played, Road Trip requires no lengthy set-up or preparation, and it’s heavy emphasis on putting narrative control in the hands of the players means that no two trips will ever be exactly the same.
