A new drug is quickly taking over the streets. In addition to the rise of crime committed by those seeking a way to pay for their next fix, the drug seems to have some unfortunate side effects in some people who take it. The heroes must take to the streets and find a way to stop this new drug crisis before it brings the city to its knees. This adventure has been designed for flexibility. No particular city or locations are used. Nor are any specific heroes meant for this adventure. It should be easily adaptable to any excising campaign. Each encounter should offer enough information and option to help any Judge, regardless of experience or creativity level, to run an interesting adventure. The final encounter also includes options for keeping some of the plot threads going long after the initial adventure has ended.
