From the introduction: Amongst the trees of the Forest of Anthem lie many dangers. The main rout for trade and travel from the City of Axminster and the town of Tiverton is through the Forest of Anthem this is known as the Greenway. Amongst the shadows and hollows of the forest dwells Teil the Riddlemaster a human Bard of dubious character. He preys on travellers who appear in his eyes to have talent. A talent for solving riddles. Adventurers are his favoured quarry but in the past he has picked on lesser peoples. He seeks to demean and put down others in order to rise above them. He steels their gold and if they do not play his games he grows angry and at times finds that he has kill his sport. He has an amulet that gives him power over ants (See Magical Items). This he has used to create his layer and fashion the arena for his games. Few are those you have satisfied his unhealthy passion. Tormenting his victims with riddles is only the start. Teil has bigger plans (Possible expansion if Teil proves to be a fun adversary). This adventure is when the party falls prey to Teil the Riddlemaster and his games.
