The foe is a hill giant who has trained bears to attack with him, and he will use all of his abilities and resources to destroy any enemies as efficiently as possible. Suggestions are provided for scaling the encounter to make it more dangerous. This is aimed at d100 systems but is generic enough in nature to be adapted to others.
