Red Cap

From the PDF: Red caps are short, violent fey that resemble ugly, twisted dwarves. They are vicious, bloodthirsty, and cruel; deriving their name from the grotesque habit of dipping their caps in the spilled gore of their enemies. Most red caps belong to the Unseelie Court, a loosely unified group of wicked fey ruled by the enigmatic Queen of Air and Darkness.
