Reborn Character Generator

From the introduction: Reborn is a character generator that can work with any tabletop RPG. While it is not a game per se, there are some mechanics in play to help you build a satisfying background around your character of choice. GMs can also use this tool to quickly build up a backstory for an NPC in their game.
