This three volume set uses the exact same box,artwork, and description as Volume III. It was sold as a special edition that included all three series game sets in one box. The ONLY differentiation is the Gold Sticker that mentions the additional content. If the stickers were gone, there would be no way to tell whether the game was just Volume III or all three volumes.
