From the introduction: A single game session should feel like a fast paced movie jam-packed with ideas and action. A single session’s narrative will often be self contained. However, sequels are possible. Players have narrative control, which they can use to augment their characters, as well as to introduce persons, assets and secrets. Like most films the main characters are in no real danger until the climax. Exerting narrative control brings risk to the player’s character.
