Rat Race

User summary: This unusual game has four player roles; one player is the "Liaison" for the entire game; the other players shift roles. In some respects the "Liaison" acts much like a traditional game master, but in other respects this is not the case. The game uses several custom cards (provided as print-and-play components in the rules) and involves the human "Liaison" acting as an intermediary between an alien overlord and human workers. The intermediary faces numerous ethical problems while trying to balance personal risk against the greater good.
