From the introduction: Raskalar is a role playing game set in a city-world with faulty technology. Where disparate groups are trying to revive the old, magic-infused technology as their newer, science-based technology fails. Trans-dimensional rifts pop in-and-out of places of power, disrupting the very nature of reality.
