Racial Insecurity [Fetch]

From the introduction: Magical Servants Though often thought of as döpplegangers in traditional folklore, fetches are diminutive monstrous servants summoned from beyond as servants to practitioners of the arcane arts. While they do not act as the mystical batteries that familiars do, they are capable lab and ritual assistants. They are typically more capable than familiars – even of violence in their master’s name. This supplement explores the world of the fetch, and adds full rules for using this unique creature as a playable race for your CthulhuTech games.
