Quartieri

Place houses on the board trying to create Quartieri (neighborhoods) where you have the majority, but remember you can have only a single connected group of your houses in each Quartiere. Quartieri is a two players strategy game of house placing, area control and majorities, a reimplementation of Polar, which itself is a design study of Urbino, the winner of the German Mensa award 2019 by designer Dieter Stein. It is published in the Bagstracts line of classical abstract strategy games with the board on the bag. —description from the publisher
