From the Invisible City Productions website: A game of espionage gone horribly awry for 4 players. Object: To guide a hopelessly befuddled secret agent back to your territory. There is no 'first player'; play is roughly simultaneous. A round of play has the following steps: 1. Allocate Resources. 2. Reveal Allocations. 3. Prepare Transmission. 4. Broadcast Order & Receive Orders. 5. Execute Orders. 6. Debriefing. Using these steps, along with order and command chits, you try to lure the confused secret agent to your side of the board.
