User summary: In Puyo Puyo 4, the characters went from two head height to 5 had height. The chain system worked as in previous games, but the handicap system worked rather differently; instead of adding more colours for the higher levels, each level meant you needed one more chain reaction to achieve the same result. The game also contained puzzle modes.
