Putty in Her Hands

From publisher blurb: Why has supervillain Putty teamed up with the harpoon-toting Wendigos? Is this just the latest one of Putty's get-rich-quick plans, or does someone more sinister pull Putty's strings? Putty in Her Hands is the first issue of superheroic action set in Penance, Texas, my Patreon-based city setting for The Four Color Hack. This scenario ought to adapt well to just about any urban superhero setting.
