User summary: Characters in the game are defined primarily by narrative tags. Each character has a few Traits, and also a "Job Performance Rating" that starts at 0 and (hopefully) increases during play. One player assumes the role of Manager (game master), but unlike traditional roleplaying games, the Manager also is a character and an active participant in the game. Much of the setting is determined collaboratively; characters have independent session goals. Play then proceeds in structured turns.
