Psyan

From publisher blurb: Races of Center Space is a new series that converts the races found in Center Space to Dungeons & Dragons 4th Edition rules. Volume 1 presents the Psyan--an off-shoot of humans who have evolved both clairvoyant abilities and enhanced immune system to adapt to a harsh environment. While the Psyan is a unique race within the Center Space universe (originally presented under the OGL/3.X rules) it can be easily adapted to your own campaign. This book contains racial statistics, description, and feats for the Psyan, as well as suggestions for adapting it other settings.
