From page 3 of the rules: Psi Run is a role-playing game about people who have been kidnapped by a mysterious group for unknown reasons. They have no memory of their lives before their capture. After finding a chance to escape, they struggle to remain free, while piecing together flashes of memory to reclaim their own past. The Runners have amazing powers that can help them survive, but those same powers also carry a risk of disaster for everyone and everything around them.
