Provincia Gazetteer

From publisher blurb: The World of Filbar contains numerous and varied countries, kingdoms and holdings. The Provincia Gazetteer gives an overview of the land to the north that is ripe for adventurers. This untamed land is currently leaderless and under siege from a rising humanoid population. Once the holdings of a famed warlord, Provincia is now a collection of communities just trying to survive. The most notable center for population sits on the northern sea and is a trading center.
