The purpose of the game is to permanently establish an ideology in the world, so it can flourish and, in time, become the dominant rule. There can be between 2-4 different ideologies competing to rule 12 Regions (plus one passive player too, The Anarchist). You expand your ideology by using Propaganda Cards to convert other people to your rule. The goal is to generate enough income to buy Strongholds. In return you will get Donations from loyal subjects with each passing round, to further promote your ideology. The first player who holds 3 Strongholds for 1 entire round wins the game. The different ideologies are: The Dictator (Autocracy) The Capitalist (Democracy) The Communist (Totalitarian) The Fundamentalist (Theocracy) The Anarchist (passive player)
