Project Rebirth: Races, Subraces & Culture

From the introduction: Ever play a dwarf who in his backstory was raised by a family of half-elves and wonder how did he learn to fight with dwarven weapons. Shouldn't he be a bit weaker, however more charismatic. Well if not you should play a character like this. User summary: A wide variety of variant rules and options.
