Project Mindwar

From publisher blurb: Project Mindwar details five new super-villains for your M&M campaign, all escapees from a top-secret research lab devoted to developing military psychics. Mentally disturbed but dangerously powerful, they use their diverse powers to commit crimes as varied as assassination, drug running, airborne hijacking and going AWOL. Project Mindwar may have been cancelled in the wake of their escape, but one thing remains certain - these are some dangerous minds you don?t want to encounter.
