User Summary Primal Fears is a cooperative overhead shooter, in which you maneuver your character through buildings while fending off hordes of enemies. You can play by yourself or with up to 3 friends, and use 15+ weapons and gadgets to get through the levels. The story of the game is that due to a chemical leak everything is mutated and trying to kill you, except for you. Your job is to uncover the truth.
