Precipitation Problems

From publisher blurb: Your party of heroes have arrived in Travers City in a monsoon. Upon arrival you are promptly hired to discover the cause of this days long problem. You quickly discover that there has been a "wizard issue" but at 8th level, your quartet should have no problems resolving it right? This offering was a great time for the Murder Hobo Inc. podcast show on Twitch.
