Potter's Lake

From Introduction: Potter’s Lake is the official setting for Heaven & Earth. It is small town U.S.A. in a nutshell but with more than its share of quirks and mysteries. Potter’s Lake has a population between 15,000 and 20,000, making it larger than the average run-of-the-mill Mayberry RFD, yet it retains the feel of a small community.
