Portsmouth's Problem

From publisher blurb: Today we bring out the Xobraesal Campaign. Started just before the pandemic, the series is short but quite entertaining. Today, you start in the main city of Arcpool as first level PCs looking for a job! Although set in the Xobraesal Campaign for six players, this adventure setting is easily adaptable to most any game and system.
