Portal to the Outer Planes

Publisher's blurb: In the midst of a dying forest waits a portal to the outer planes. It is a depression in the earth, engraved with strange arcane markings and surrounded by a circle of carved stones. Crumbing rocky outcrops border the area, with a dirt path leading down to the ritual site.
