UNLICENSED GAME This game is an unlicensed version of Pokémon Black and White. User Summary Pokémon Blaze Black and Volt White are hacks of Pokémon Black and White that are generally the same, with no changes to the story or mechanics. The main changes made by these games is that it is possible to obtain all 649 Pokémon in the National Pokédex without connecting to another game. All the legendary Pokémon that do not appear normally in the original now have a small chance of appearing in certain locations. Many evolution methods were changed and the difficulty increased.
