From the introduction: The game's primary dice is a d10 and all actions are based on seven stats (with 2 being the lowest a stat can go and 9 being the highest), all of which must be met or rolled under to successfully complete any task; so the lower you roll, the better the outcome. The game will be run by The Director who will set the scene and call for ACTION! when the game starts. Publisher's blurb: Ahoy, Adventurers! This is the beta ruleset for 3,2,1...
