Pirates Council

Publisher's blurb: Beautiful waters full of colorful fish wash up against the wooden piers that mark the entrance to the arena. Crates and barrels have been stacked outside it’s door in a small courtyard area where small flowers poke through gaps in the cobblestone. The main hall is wide and circular with small staircases on either side allow access to stands while above them lie the pirate kings box.
