Pinnacle Empty Quiver (Version 1)

User summary: The game focuses on tactical combat operations where characters are members of special forces tasked with critical missions by their government. The game is atypical in requiring extensive setup prior to play, with all players collaborating to create an organizational structure with extended teams of specialists - some of which become the player characters. Other team members subsequently play supporting roles. The game utilizes numerous "real world" special forces manuals, etc., as a basis and thus is intriguing and accurate.
